Barn rules & liability
1) EVERYONE (riders and guests) involved with equine activities on the farm, mounted or not, MUST have a signed Liability Form on file before engaging in such activities. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Persons under 18 may not ride unsupervised without owner's permission and parents written permission.

2) Riders under 18 years of age must wear an approved equestrian helmet with the buckle fastened at all times when mounted. We encourage ALL riders to wear protective helmets. A signed Helmet Release Waiver must be on file if choosing to disregard notice.
3) No Smoking in or near any of the farm buildings.
4) The barn phone is set-up for 911 outgoing emergency use only.
5) Closed toed shoes are required in the vicinity of horses. No sandals, or flip flops will be allowed!
6) Please clean up after yourself and your horse. Clean up manure immediately. Do not wait until after you ride. Keep your items in a tidy fashion.
7) Do not leave horses unattended tied, cross-tied, etc.
8) Barn aisle should be kept clear of tack and “horsy” supplies. Return rakes, shovels, forks, etc. to the appropriate storage area when finished.
9) Close all gates and stall doors.
10) All children must be supervised.
11) Please do not bring your dog. If you must bring your dog, you must keep him/her on a leash or in your car at all times.
